Please contact StudyAbroad@Drake.edu immediately if you are considering a non-affiliated program abroad

General Steps
1. Student meets with an Education Abroad Advisor in the Drake International office to review the full process to apply for an independent study or non-approved Drake program.
2. Complete the non-approved programs petition form (found in the Drake International office) and the online Terra Dotta application.
3. Drake International will review student petition forms with the Drake education abroad committee once per semester.
4. Student gathers required signatures for final approval.
